This website runs on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When it is accessed, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, time, page requested, browser and device information, referrer, status codes and security events. The purpose is secure and reliable delivery and the detection of errors and abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Transfers to countries outside the EEA, in particular the USA, are covered by Cloudflare’s data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses. No additional access logs are stored in our own systems; Cloudflare’s logs are subject to its retention periods.

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in the browser, uses no analytics, advertising or social media services and has no contact form. Photos and fonts are loaded only from this website itself.

4. Requests via WhatsApp or phone

“Ask on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta) with a prepared message, “Call” opens the phone app of your device. Only when you send a message or call there do we receive your phone number and your message. Processing by WhatsApp is subject to its privacy policy. “Directions” opens Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) with our address; only there does Google process data under its own terms. We use your details only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests about buying a car, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Storage period

Requests without a legal retention obligation are deleted 12 months after the end of the communication. Documents that must be kept under contract, tax or company law are kept for 7 years from the end of the calendar year. Longer only as long as needed for ongoing proceedings or legal claims.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise them, contact the controller (point 1).
